Cycle right into the heart of the forest when this bike ride takes you out through Forest Row and then onto Horted Keynes, famous for it’s station on the Bluebell railway. Leaving the south of the forest, it heads through the town and through the beautiful country lanes, ideal for cycling down to Lewes. From historic Lewes, this cycle route takes you down to the coastal resort of Seaford where you can stop at the beachside cafe for a well earned coffee and delicious cake ! Chuck Hatch Hill

Just short of 35 miles, this cycle ride heads south through the Ashdown Forest through Uckfield and then takes a large loop heading back up into the heart of the Ashdown Forest where you can ride part of one of the Tour De France stages, Chuck Hatch Hill. Kidds Hill – ‘The Wall’

This ride takes on the famous Kidds Hill, known as ‘The Wall’. A steep and relentless climb not to be tackled by the faint hearted ! A small loop around the edge of the Ashdown Forest taking in Nutley with it’s famous windmill and Chelwood Gate, then across to Wych Cross, deep into the Ashdown Forest before taking on Kidds Hill one of the best climbs in East Sussex. Starting from the edge of the Ashdown Forest, you will take a steady ride to West Hoathly before dropping down to the famous Ditchling village. From here a steep climb up to the top of Ditchling Beacon to take in the magnificent views before heading back.
